Ok, so tomorrow is turning out to NOT be a shopping day. Long story.
care to join me as I do a little canning and freezing? I have to drop the kids off at preschool at 8 and then I’ll be back to get started. I know it’s all been done before, but I’ll try to do a little “photology” of what I’m putting up.
We’ve got tomatoes, green peppers, okra, 1 zucchini (my plants are waning) and maybe some basil. I’ll also go back over some of the things that I’ve already done, just for some FYI.
I’ll also work on getting together some of my recipes to start posting for yall. I’m not the best cook in the world but I’ll share what I’ve got. I’ve been slacking. Maybe tasking myself with this will get me back on track.
